What will we eat? >> Healthy and Innovative Foods

As you know, our dietery habits and food trends change every day. Well, can we produce and consume traditional and innovative products?

The answer is, YES!

There it is, Red Turkish Bagel.

Red bagel is a both nutritious and traditional food with fibers in sesame, the calcium in carob molasses and the antioxidant in red beet.

Nutritional Content of Red Beets

If we are generalize, we can say that dark colored foods are healthier than light colored ones (ofcourse we are talking about natural foods). Red and purple colored foods are the biggest examples of this.

Red foods contain phytochemicals called lycopene and betalain. Lycopene gives color to tomato, also betalain gives color to red beets. The antioxidants in these foods fight free radicals in our bodies.

Red beets also help the digestive system with the large amount of fiber it contains. Supports hemoglobin production with the iron it contains.

Also helps bone health and brain nerve conduction system with its calcium and potassium content. It also has benefits in balancing blood pressure.

Our future is in; healthy, nutritious and innovative foods.

Stay Healthy.
